Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.

The rest of the day is free to rest or engage in any activity (upon request) if you have enough time available.

Breakfast at the hotel. At 09:00hs or 14:00hs, at your choice, we will start a panoramic tour of the city, where we can see the Colonial Center, the Main Square, the Palacio de Gobierno, the Cathedral, the Archbishop’s Palace and Lima townhall. Also, we will visit San Francisco, a convent with cloisters and catacombs of the Colonial era. The tour will continue through the traditional areas of residential and commercial Lima to end with a spectacular panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and beaches in the district of Miraflores.

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning visit of Pachacamac Temple.  Pachacamac is a pre-Inca archaeological site, located 31 kms. south of Lima. During this tour, we will have a guided tour through the splendid and vast archaeological site of the Pachacamac Oracle, also known as the temple of the deity. The old Andean civilizations believed Pachacamac was the creator of the universe.

The citadel comprises temples, pyramids and palaces, such as the Temple of the Sun, the Temple of Pachacamac, the “Acllahuasi” or Palace of the Virgins of the Sun, amongst others. The whole area was considered holy and part of the mystical axis of the world.

Afternoon free to enjoy the cultural and gastronomic delights of Lima.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport to board the flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting for you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Free time to relax.

In the afternoon pick up from the hotel to start the tour around the colonial city, built on the foundations of Inca palaces. We will have a city tour, visiting the Cathedral and Santo Domingo, known as Q’oricancha or Temple of the Sun and the artisans neighborhood of San Blas. Free time for shopping.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit to the archaeological center of Sacsayhuaman, a multipurpose place were the Sun. Moon and Earth were worshipped. It was also used as a military fortress and astrological center. The place represents the earth element in the andean cosmological vision. Later we will arrive to Q´enco, a place related to worship of the Fire element. We will continue with Puca Pucara, a place used as an Inca supply and control post, in which there were realized ceremonies to the wind (air). By the end of the tour, we will arrive to Tambomachay, place of worship to the water and fertility. Return to the hotel.

Free afternoon. Overnight in Cusco.

Breakfast at the hotel. Travel by Hiram Bingham luxury train to Aguas Calientes. Minibus service to ascend to Machu Picchu.  Once we reach the archeological site we will begin a guided tour around the citadel that will last about 3 hours. During the tour you will find temples, palaces, squares and streets of military and agricultural areas. The beauty of Machu Picchu is exalted by the extraordinary scene where it is located. Around the citadel, the National Reserve covers an area of ​​32.500 hectares and includes a constellation of archaeological monuments which we believe that were built as part of the complex of Machu Picchu and not in isolation.

Overnight at Aguas calientes / Machu Picchu. Hotel,  accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. Free morning. Suggested excursions are a visit to the medicinal hot springs. Also, if you prefer, you may make a second visit to the archaeological site. The route you choose for this day is not included in the Program and is in charge of each passenger. The option you choose for today is not included in the itinerary provided by Peru A Travel.

Return to Cusco by Hiram Bingham train. Dinner on board. Transfer to the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport at the indicated time to continue your itinerary.
