PAT 1240 - LIMA / HUARAZ / LIMA

Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to rest or engage in any activity (upon request) if you have enough time available.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the ground station to aboard the bus to Huaraz (about 08hs trip). It is possible to travel by plane with an additional cost. Upon arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at Huaraz.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will go to the archaeological site of Chavin de Huantar, one of the oldest civilizations in the Americas that still holds the mysteries of its origin.

Inside, we will appreciate the impressive Chavín Lanzón Monolithic (stone sculpture), the galleries in the form of mazes, Heads, ceremonial squares, The Home of the Falcons and different systems of stairs.

On the way we will see mining towns, visit the Querococha Lagoon and pass through the Cahuish tunnel, located 4.178 m.a.s.l., crossing the Cordillera Blanca joining the Callejon de Huaylas with Conchucos.

Lunch and return to Huaraz.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will visit Chavin de Huántar archeological site, one of the oldest civilizations of America that still hides the mysteries of its origin.

Inside Chavin you will see the impressive monolithic lance (stone sculpture), labyrinth shaped galleries, Bold Heads, ceremonial squares, La Portada de las Falconidas and different staircases systems.

On the way we will see mining towns, we will visit the Querococha lagoon and we will pass through the Cahuish tunnel, located on 4.178 m.a.s.l. It crosses the White Mountain range joining the Huaylas Alley with the Conchucos Alley. Lunch and return to Huaraz.

Transfer to the bus station in the night to board the bus to Lima. The departure is at 21:00hs and the arrival about 05:00hs
